Persons seeking accreditation, as a NZBCA boxing coach, must complete an application form, NZBCA01FA, and forward it together with the application fee to the appropriate individual as detailed on the form.

You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to apply for a licence
You must complete the online renewal form or an application form, NZBCA01FC, and forward it together with the annual renewal fee of $50.00 to the appropriate individual as detailed on the form.
Please note: There will be a $25.00 late fee to any renewals received after the 1st of March.
To assist in rapid turnaround, a stamped self addressed envelope should also be enclosed

As soon a course has been confirmed an email will go out to all registered coaches who are on our mailing list and the information will be put up on the News page on this website. If there is no current courses listed on this website then no courses have been confirmed.
Please do not contact us and ask us when the course will be held.
If you do not hold a probationary licence then this does not count. You must hold a probationary licence first before your probationary period starts.
To apply for a Probationary Licence you must complete an application form and forward it together with the application fee to the appropriate individual as detailed on the form.
After twelve consecutive months of coaching in a gymnasium or club affiliated to a Local Boxing Association that is a member of Boxing New Zealand Inc, the Probationary Coach is eligible to sit for a Level One Coaches licence.
They will be required to present a completed Probationary Assessment form, NZBCA01FB, then attend a two day Level One course and obtain a minimum 85% pass in an assessment held at the end of that course.
Once you have completed and passed a course you will need to send in your black book to be updated. Only then will a new licence tag be ordered. Otherwise your licence will get updated the following year when you renew your licence.

It can take up to 6 weeks to prcoess these applications. As we are volunteers we processes these in bunches every 6 weeks.
